Refund Policy
If you are dissatisfied with the Service within ONE DAY of purchase, KMVN will refund 10% of your purchase and terminate your access, unless otherwise noted during your purchase of the Service you choose, as required by applicable law in your jurisdiction, or as set forth in the refund policy applicable to any Service you purchase through a third-party marketplace Customers who seek refund within 10 days of the date of purchase will not be eligible for a refund. Accounts that have broken the terms of service are not eligible for refunds; breaches are decided at KMVN’s sole discretion. If KMVN believes you are abusing our refund policy, we retain the right to suspend or terminate your account, as well as deny or restrict your current or future use of the Service, without providing a refund.
